Scott Webster - Director
Hello, my name is Scott and I am an experienced mortgage professional specialising in secured loans since I joined the industry in 2005.
I started as an underwriter at a lender before moving into the brokerage side and becoming an advisor, gaining CeMAP in 2010.
I made my way into senior management, first as Head of Specialist Lending and most recently as Operations Director.
I am passionate about the specialist lending industry and firmly believe the products and options available to consumers now are better than they’ve ever been.​

​Achieving a positive outcome for a customer is my number one goal when taking an enquiry.

Away from the office I operate as an auxiliary ATM and taxi driver to my 3 teenage children who think I’m a millionaire. I also annually renew my Manchester United season ticket with my son in the vain hope he’ll see us win the league again one day.
Charlotte Crook - Director
Hello, my name is Charlotte and I am a secured case managing professional and I specialise in ensuring a speedy outcome for customers and tackling any hurdles along the way head-on. I'm passionate about doing the right thing for our customers in the most efficient way, leading to the right customer outcome.
I've been in secured lending since 2015 and have been a qualified mortgage advisor since 2016. The joy I get from this job is when a customers life is changed, you can't beat that feeling of satisfaction that you've helped make that happen.

Outside of secured lending, I'm a home is where the heart is kind of gal, you'll find me in my comfies, under a blanket, on the sofa. (probably eating a toastie). If I'm not there, I'll be out with the girls.

Sarah Gerrard - Director
Hello, my name is Sarah and I am the first point of contact for customers at Trio Money currently. I have a comprehensive knowledge of our lenders and understand how to best fit customers with them, be it a standard case or a more complicated, quirky case, in a timely manner. I have a passion for finding the right solution for customers and making a difference to their lives.

I started my financial journey in 2008 just in time for the financial crash! Since then I have gained many skills and had experiences within a brokerage environment that make me proficient in helping customers achieve their goals, whether that be saving money or making that dream kitchen a reality. I have been CeMAP qualified since 2016.

When not in the office I am often found walking my ever energetic cockapoo, Poppy, and enjoying a fine dining experience or two. I love food! I am the family birthday cake maker and love a bit of trashy TV now and again. Music is also a big passion of mine and I can often be found watching my son’s band or at other gigs.
